Pet Vaccinations

To prevent infectious diseases and chronic illnesses, it’s essential for your pet to get the full array of recommended pet vaccines. At North Cobb Animal Hospital, we give vaccines to puppies and dogs — kittens and cats — four-legged friends of all ages.

Canine Vaccines

Includes vaccinations for distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza, rabies, bordetella (TBV), annual fecal analysis, and a heartworm test. Does not include exam.

Feline Vaccines

Includes vaccinations for feline viral rhinothracheitis (FVR), feline calicivirus (FVC), feline panleukopenia, feline rabies, and annual fecal analysis. Does not include exam.

For puppies, we recommend vaccines starting at six to eight weeks of age and ranging up to 24 months, depending on which illness the inoculation is designed to prevent.

For cats and kittens, we recommend a feline vaccine schedule every four weeks from six weeks of age to 16 weeks, regardless of whether they are indoor or outdoor pets.
